MAD MARC’S SMOKED SALMON DIP

decisions! Lots of people have put their name to this but remember…
This
is the one an only “Original” Recipe!
INGREDENTS
Four 8 Oz. Packs of Cream Cheese.
˝ Cup of Mayo. (Best Foods or Hellmann’s ONLY)
One pound Smoked Salmon. (Hot Smoke)
Two Green Onions. (Tops only).
One Medium Yellow Onion.
Sprig of Fresh Dill
One Tablespoon of “Marie’s Prepared Horseradish”
Juice From One Lemon.
Two Tablespoon of Tabasco Sauce.
˝ Teaspoon of “Wright’s Liquid Smoke”
HERE’S THE SECRET
Put the Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature) and the
Mayo in a large mixing bowel and add the following…
Chopped Smoked Salmon. (Set a portion aside for garnish)
Chop the green onion tops (or Scallions) into small pieces, grate the
yellow onion and add (Onion
juice too) to the bowl.
Now add the balance (except the Fresh Dill) of the ingredients to the bowl
and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle a little of the Chopped Smoked Salmon on top and
add the Fresh Dill Sprig for garnish and serve with Good Crackers!
In the late 80’s I was in the Campground Biz. During
that time I served over 800 Pound’s of this Dip and only gave the Receipt to
the one’s that BOUGHT THAT DAY!
